Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of agointl.com (the "Site"), operated by AGO International Inc. ("AGO", "we", "us"), headquartered in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Information only, not advice

The Site provides general information about AGO and its services. It does not constitute financial, investment, legal, tax or other professional advice, and it is not an offer to provide services on any particular terms. AGO does not provide regulated investment advice. Any engagement with AGO, including under the 10x Growth Model, is governed solely by a written client agreement, which sets out the full terms, including any guarantee and its conditions.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• use the Site in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or any connected systems;
• introduce viruses, malware or other harmful material;
• scrape, harvest or collect information from the Site by automated means without our written permission; or
• submit false, misleading or unlawful information through our contact form.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, the AGO name and marks, and the ynotlink name and marks, are owned by or licensed to AGO International Inc. and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own internal business reference. You may not otherwise copy, modify, distribute or reuse Site content without our prior written permission.

Information you submit

When you contact us through the Site, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. Our use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not send confidential information through the contact form until an appropriate confidentiality agreement is in place.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites, including social media platforms and the ynotlink website. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third-party websites.

Accuracy and availability

We aim to keep the Site accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that its content is complete, current or error-free, or that the Site will be available without interruption. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the Site at any time without notice.

AGO will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including consumer protection laws that apply to you.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify AGO against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario. The courts of Ontario will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site, except where the law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
